Stronger- A strong person has the will to pick themselves up again and again without losing hope. A happy person will find something so precious about themselves that that will keep them stay strong and afloat.

More Persistent – A persistent person will always find ways to get what they need and want.

Goal Oriented & Ready- A person who is ready, will never be surprised because they had anticipated the outcome. There is no disappointment here.

With these, we go on our journey with the past serving as a lesson, the present as a bridge, and the future as our destination.

How and why, I'm Doing This Program:

I can share and lead you effortlessly because I had to learn these lessons the hard way myself. That's what we want, right? Can someone explain it to us simply? Someone who has been there before and is familiar with the exit?

I won't be the one to deal with your tragedy, mend your wounds, or mend your wounded soul.

In Short, I will not be the one to treat your tragedy, heal your broken soul or mend your hurts. I will be showing you how not to be in a position where you cannot be your own medicine, your own mentor, your child's hero and definitely you own boss.


How did it all start?

I've had a difficult and rocky life, and I bear many scars as proof. Every Scar has a role to perform in my life and a tale to tell. I want to share this with you so that you can use it as a tool to create your own life and find at least one nice chuckle each day. Recognize that "You deserve It." Each person does.

Are we not all searching for the same thing? Happiness? We are, of course. Despite the fact that we are all in diverse circumstances, we each desire the same delicious happiness.

The Personality of Semhal?

She has more than 20 years of experience interacting with people from all over the world. A natural nurturer, positive thinker, and fighter. She had always found it fascinating how the world was constructed. She never stopped having those "aww" moments as she moved from one lovely soul to another! She made the decision to take matters into her own hands and aid those in need after discovering solace in others' joy and suffering when there was despair.

She has an open mind and has read many biographies, so she doesn't think anything will surprise her. That's a brief summary of Semhal.

9. The Helpless - At some point in your life, you may find yourself surrounded and helpless. Hey, no worries. A solution can always be found.

10. Just like Smoke – Some things simply vanish from our life. And some arrive in the same way. Discover how to entertain each.

11. The Bitterness - We encounter many difficulties throughout the course of a day. Don't hold things back; deal with them immediately and efficiently.

12. Positive Outlet - The mechanism for release. Locating good outlets for your emotions and comfort.

13. The manifestation - the reawakening of the spirit, which unleashes the long-dormant inner impulses.

14. The Reset - By using the right tools, one can transform themselves to become their best selves.

15. The Explorer: Actual-time encounters with the real you. Getting to know yourself.

15. Pause, Consider, and Act - What's the hurry? Let's Pause, Focus, and then act.

16. The Who's - By surrounding yourself with significant people, you may give your life more purpose.

17. The Doubt - At some point, the doubt may become certain. Identify the right buttons to press.

18. Smiles - Enjoying every lovely moment with a smile. Is this not feasible?

Major Courses and Session highlights:

There are 3 stages to the healing process:

1. Connect, Engage and Process (CEP)

A. When you are getting involved in someone's life, it is crucial to establish a connection and a secure environment. In this place, we'll actually form a bond. We will use the hour to get to know one another and our positions. You tell me your tale, and I'll tell you about me. We'll create a bridge between our two worlds, and inside of it, we'll find healing.

B. Connection is established by an openness and honesty that one finds necessary to practice in daily life. This will provide us with a foundation to further our chats in return. You'll unwind and feel at ease being wholly yourself.

C. You will ask concerns that are within your comfort zone. You will be prodded from the inside by your curiosity and desire more information, and we will heed the call and consider every crucial element. For our adventure, we have prepared a secure environment. Here we go.

2. Talk, Explore and Express (TEE)

A. Talking is one of the means of sharing information from one being to another. We will use this powerful tool to dig deep and reach inside. We will go to places that we have not gone in a while. We will clear it spotless before moving a step higher and doing the same.

B. As we do so we will come across things and places we had suppressed and have not dealt with for years. This is our exploration process.

C. Mind you, here we will be dealing with a lot of issues and timeless thoughts that will bring afloat a different side of us. That will help us become vulnerable and just express and let go. Remembering our safe space, we freely express.

3. Move, Dance and Release (MDR)

A. We will learn to move with our souls because this is one of my favorite processes and will soon be yours as well. In this unique dance, the body will follow the lead set by the heart and soul. Movement is a process that involves the heart, mind, and body working together to express.

B. You will voluntarily want to dance after participating in the first and second sessions because you will feel light and have butterflies in your gut. It's a procedure that will control you.

C. The movement and dance will cause a chemical to be released in your body, allowing you to release and express your feelings through laughter, silence, or just a glow of happiness. What a moment it will end up being.

These are the fundamentals. Depending on what is revealed at each session, the length of each stage will be decided. The standard time period each individual is one hour, however we can extend it based on the importance. Depending on what you decide to combine each session with, there will be somewhere between 6 and 8 sessions.

- Before we go out on our tour, a free 1-hour session will be conducted. You'll be able to understand why you're here, what you want to achieve, and get a sneak peek into our three-month adventure during this session.

- When faced with a dilemma or the need to vent and get things off our chest, there is an added benefit to the sessions that one may book a quick zoom call while on the go.

As it might tend to be a bit difficult for you to remember to put our session routines into effect in your everyday lives. My journey:

Since I can remember, I have either been climbing, battling, or falling. I was interacting with familiar surroundings, emotions, and mental states. I neglected to take care of "ME," the primary character and star of the show, as well as my wellbeing and, most importantly, my inner drive, because I was so focused on satisfying my family, friends, and social acquaintances.

In order to keep myself as far away from the insanity of the world as possible, I was constantly either working or out and about. Jumping from one job path to another, from one friend to the next, from one lover to another possible mate.

In search of the next big step in my career, I relocated to the UAE, abandoning a position that I enjoyed.

I didn't experience culture shock since I was surrounded by a vibrant and diversified pool of social engagement. The majority of my elementary school classmates and buddies came from different countries. Although I lived my entire life in one country, with travel vacations now and then, variety never left my side. I worked in many fields where the cultural boom came from all over the world. I could reach the entire planet from one place. Privileged, for sure!

I must admit that my time here was a quiet bittersweet journey. In the two years. I had been given a crash course of the UAE life. I'm still standing, much to my delight, and that's thanks to how I was wired throughout my childhood, particularly in terms of how to Handle, Balance, and Digest circumstances. In short, I'm still here and I look forward to the rest of my adventure! I now have the chance to live the life I was supposed to live and fulfill my Purpose with all of my heart. I am able to return all that I have gained from my eventful experience through this route.
